Administrative Assistant

Claudia supports the team with administrative duties and is on a learning journey in the CSS nonprofit space. Her professional background is in the fashion industry, where she worked for global brands in the US and Europe on international design teams. She directed strategies and created products, driven by youth culture, that celebrated self-expression for kids and teens around the world. She is proud of her participation as an employee resource group committee member, collaborating with colleagues, executives, and communities to help amplify the voices of underrepresented groups in corporate settings. Claudia has a bachelor’s degree in sustainability, from Arizona State University, and a passion for inclusivity, cross-cultural awareness, and social impact. She is an avid traveler, visiting over twenty countries and has enjoyed the local cuisine in all of them. As a mom, immigrant, and creative professional, Claudia knows the importance of community and fostering a sense of belonging as Gen Z and Gen Alpha create our collective future.
