Angie Franchino

Chief Operating Officer

For more than 20 years, Angie Franchino has helped mission-driven organizations build healthy, values-aligned workplaces by strengthening the systems, leaders, and infrastructure necessary for effective social impact work.

A large part of Angie’s personal and professional life has been in service to supporting the well-being of youth. She is passionate about mental health, youth development and inclusive representation.

As COO of CSS, Angie serves as the key strategic and operational backbone of the organization. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of strategy and operations — helping multiple youth-focused organizations expand their reach and deepen their work.

Angie received her B.S. in Journalism from Boston University and currently resides in Los Angeles with two of the handsomest french bulldogs ever.
